Q: What is the Payment Method?

A. We accept both Credit Card and Bank deposit. COD is welcome if you pick up at our local warehouse.

Q. Can I Pick up my furniture?

A. Yes you can collect the furniture by appointment from our warehouse in Kingston 4114. Collection is available between 9am and 12am, every Sunday, excluding Public Holidays. Contact us on tocustomerservice@uliving.com.au.

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver all state in Australia.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

A. Depend on your location, we will organise the best deliver price for you with our third party freight company.

Q. When will I be contacted to arrange delivery?

A. We will contact you within 2-3 working days after your payment been received to arrange your delivery date. If we are waiting for stock we will call you as soon as it arrives.

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?

A. Items in stock are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, tracking information will be provided for customers convenience.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Yes, as long as you provide us with 3 working days notice.

Note: Any missed deliveries will also be charged at AUD $50.

Q. Can I return an item if I am not happy?

A. Yes. As long as you let us know within 7 days of receipt and it is unused, in perfect, saleable condition and in its original packaging.

Note: You will have to bear the freight cost for the returning item. Any item/s that are returned without their original packaging, or not in a perfect or saleable condition, will not be refunded and you will be asked to collect from our warehouse.

Q. Is it safe to order over the internet?

A. Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted. To ensure maximum security we also direct you to Paypal secure epayments pages when entering your bank card details.

Q. Do you have any warranty?

A. Yes, We provide 120 days warranty for all item sold.

We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be contact/return to us within 7 days. Needs help with warranty and returns please email us first

If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

The warranty is voided where damage to the product is caused by reason other then manufacturer's defects, accident, misuse, improper use, abuse, faulty operation contrary to recommended usage, transportation damage or when product has been tampered, altered, modified, converted, repaired or serviced other than by us or when this warranty has been tampered, amended and also on cosmetic damages, wear n' tear, damage to accessories.

Q: I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?

A.If the item(s) you purchased require assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton. If they were missing or you have misplaced them or if you have any queries regarding assemble, please email us on customerservice@uliving.com.au the following information: a copy of your original sales Invoice, your name and item model number. We will send you the copy of assemble instruction.
